Delivery.
Most orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm, but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery depending upon stock availability.
All orders are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.
All orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves (Please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).

For payment by card, all credit and debit cardholders and bank/building society account holders respectively may be subject to authorisation and authentication.
If the issuer of your payment card or our service provider refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise or validate the payment, we will not be liable in these circumstances for any delay or non-delivery in respect of the Product(s) which you have ordered as a result.
By providing the relevant information to us, you specifically authorise us to transmit or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, debit or credit card details or credit reports, to authenticate your identity and delivery address for the Product(s), validate your payment card and obtain authorisations for your payments for Product(s).
14 Day Returns Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase an item you may request a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit card or debit card used at the time of purchase.
The only condition of this policy is that the item is undamaged, has not been worn, or had their bracelets adjusted and we will check the item for micro scratches on return to confirm this.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If you receive a item that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a item to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the item was wrongly ordered by yourself. We ask that you notify us of your intentions to return an item by email or phone ( 01329234117).

When you make a return, to speed the process up, it is helpful if a note accompanies your item as to the reason for return.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the manufacturer guarantee information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. Please contact us on 01329234117 .

At Hug the jeweller we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items.
Items can be returned direct to Hug the jeweller within 14 days*.

When returning items to Hug the jeweller, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the whole dispatch note.
For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
